All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward your total on the day of your appointment.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a ฿300 deposit deduction will apply, and your service time may be shortened or rescheduled.

If you arrive over 30 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show,

and your deposit will be forfeited.

**Please arrive on time for your appointment to respect the next client’s schedule.

We do not accept cancellations. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

If you experience issues such as lash fallout, irritation, or uneven lashes, please contact us within 5 days.

In case of lash fallout, clients must provide photo evidence for review. The lashes must have fallen off over 30%, and no natural lashes should be attached.

If caused by service error, we offer one complimentary fix.

For safety and relaxation, please come alone to your appointment. Children and guests are not allowed in the treatment area.
